Acceleration Band
I use already Price Headley's Acceleration Band on another platform. It would be fine to use it on VectorVest.

monte carlo
Randomise or Monte Carlo functions for the backtester. This could be a protrader add on or whatever but at the current point in time i am having to do all my testing then export my results and do the monte carlo testing manually which is a bit of a pain when i am paying good money for a software package. Cheers

More Moving Averages for RT
ProTrader provides for searches and backtesting on Moving Averages of 3,10 and 40. However, the Market Timing signal systems use 15 and 20 (US & AU respectively). The difference between 20 and 40 is considerably in terms of trade planning. Can 15 & 20 RT MA's be added to ProTrader please.

Fix the "VectorVest Fields menu so that it works with modern mouse scroll wheels!
The verrrrrry long "VectorVest Fields" menu for setting a ProTrader parameter element doesn't scroll when the cursor is at the bottom of the menu, nor does it scroll using the scroll wheel on the mouse. What's up with that? Please fix this!

Percent B (%B) Bollinger
I would like to be able to test and filter the value returned from the standard Bollinger %B function against price. Quite often, I want to find items that are just under the top line of the Bollinger at, say, > 96% or just above the bottom line of the Bollinger at, say, < 4%.
Whilst the existing functionality is good in that you can filter for items above or below the Bollinger lines, I miss out on certain opportunities that would be easily taken care of by %B. I don't mean a visual indicator (although that would be OK),…

Envelope
In UniSearch it filters so that the price is between the top and bottom of the envelope so that you are not buying when the stock is overbought or oversold.

We need to have the indicators from VV6 Protrader "Studies" in VV7 so we can replicate the strategies and systems that we have created in VV6.

Allow technical charts for one ticker to be displayed in a matrix (n x m) instead of only (n x 1).
I always inspect 8 different types of technical charts. If all displayed, the graphs become too small in height. A bit pity when one has a wide monitor screen.
Now, in order to have these charts displayed in a 4 x 4 matrix layout, I have to use two analysis windows of the same ticker, each displaying 4 technical charts in a 4 x 1 matrix layout.1 vote -

Create the ability to run ProTrader searches against Industry price data
Finding the best stock setups often times means finding the best setups within Industries. Creating ProTrader search capability against Industry pricing would allow for this.
