Support or Offer refunds for the Simulator

If, as seems apparent, the simulator/variator are orphaned products doomed never to see a solitary improvement, offer refunds to those of us who bought it in good faith.

    Why won't anyone at Vector Vest communicate honestly on Simulator/Variator rewrite to be compatibable with VV7? Everyone through top management ignores us on this subject, after hard selling it to many of us at seminars for thousands of dollars. It's a disgrace the way this is being handled by the company!

    I agree with Brent Campbell. After paying almost $3,000 for Simulator, I believe VectorVest has a real obligation to support Simulator users.
    Also, Prographics v6 and it's add-ons should either be supported or we should be given credits to obtain similar features in VV 7--such as Autotester, ProTrader and Options Analyzer.

    The Simulator and Variator are valuable tools that need to keep up with the enhancements of VV7. My experience is that VectorVest looks after those that purchase add on modules such as the Simulator. I believe there is a comment elsewhere from VV that a new version of the Simulator/Variator are coming. Correct!

    Agreed. At least off the same upgrades in VV7 to the Simulator (eg. ATR based stops and support/resistance entries/exits). We paid good money for this product and in my opinion it's one of the best VV offers, but I'm very disappointed that it seems to have been abandoned.

    I agree that we need to see some major updates. Almost all software gets updates periodically but this product does seem to be abandoned. When will we see an upgraded Simulator?
