Allow the Variator to to vary specific search parameters in addition to the other bactesting parts.

    All the various parts of a backtest can be varied by the Variator except Search Parameters. Variations of search parameters must be done by hand. If the Variator could vary search parameters the "best" levels of every parameter could be discovered, making successful search development much easier.
