Display local time
On daily graphs set the time allow setting the times to Pacific, Central etc. it would be a big help and take one mental task away during quick analysis.

I noticed that the Portfolio intraday is the local time zone and while a stock intraday is Eastern. Make them the same
or let the user configure to their preference.
