I was a customer o few years ago and never made any real money following vv. I am going to try it again but this time I’m going to have the tv on cnbc and call up and ask questions if I have any, they do answer the phone. Here I go again with a fist full of money that I hope to double this year. It really takes work and diligence to make it happen.

I use the screener for this it show new buy and new sell but no new hold on the desktop version it shows sell to hold as search good for bottom fiahimg

We need to have the stock’s buy recommendation right when the stock is rated buy in VV system very first time(this list should not include after a sell or hold transitions). These stocks should be purged form this list after some time when they no longer remain the fresh recommendation, it could be a month or two months or any fixed criteria). That is when the maximum and good returns will follow. At present when we get the stocks in hot picks or overall best stock list they have already went through the early and max profit cycle snd we are either left with a risk of negative divergence or very little gains.
To be honest, VV has a huge list of stocks and I have never seen hot picks or best overall to give explosive gains except in 1 out of 100 stocks which is very improbable chance or luck for a normal or novice person thinking to trade.
This is a huge bottleneck in VV systems needing for an urgent look into this. VV was never profitable for me though I am using it for more than a year now. Thanks

option to set push notifications in specific stocks with an option to set the alert threshold by percentage of gain or loss.

VectorVest would be the best platform if a section “ My Alert “ is available, in “My Watchlist” or in “My Portfolio”. “ My Alert” should be customizable, e.g. send alert to my cellphone, alert me when the stocks in my lists have bullish or bearish signals such as engulfing patterns, black crows....alerts me when my stocks hit 10 day MA,40. MA, when my

stocks break through resistance....

The only thing I would add is that
As a user of Vectorvest Mobile App on iPhone
I would like to have a section called "Alerts" accessible from the navigation menu on the left which
- archives the alerts (at least for 15 days)
- links to the details page for the Stock From the Ticker symbol
- provides the time and date for when the alert was received
So that,
I can
- come back to the alert that I may have missed when it triggered
- go directly to the stock details (likely the analysis page)

Yes this would be great. Not only watchlist but your portfolio stocks as well. Email or text that a sell signal has been triggered for a stock in your portfolio. And notification When a stock in your watchlist changed to buy.

It would be nice to get notifications when recommendations change on stocks in my watch lists so I can take action quickly.
