options course outside US

Australia based but trading US market because of greater liquidity. Options CD set not available at discount because cannot attend options course. Suggest discount on options course for those outside USA.

    Start a VectorVest USA options group in Australia. Payday portfolio could be done with Australian optionable stocks.
