12. Dividend stock picks

    I notice the dividend listed on the stocks in the dividend stock picks does not reflect the actual dividend of that stock. For example CAT you list pays a dividend $4.12. The company website lists their current dividend as $1.03. Curious as to what the discrepancy is. Many of the other stock picks in the list were similar. I find it tough to pay for an app subscription if a simple metric is not going to be provided accurately.
