I had the trail and the app worked great but after I purchased the premium option;. It doesn’t work as before as a matter as fact is asking me to upgrade this is ridiculous.

I payed for the upgrade but I still can’t access it
I contacted support but nothing they said to do worked
I uninstalled The app still not his
It worked just fine during the free trial

I think I purchased the premium plan but every time I scroll down it says this cannot be viewed I I click upgrade and then it tells me I already purchased it
I don’t understand what the problem is

A more elaborate rating system such as
Buy, Strong Buy similar to the old V.V but not quite as detailed.
