    I payed for the upgrade but I still can’t access it
    I contacted support but nothing they said to do worked
    I uninstalled The app still not his
    It worked just fine during the free trial

    I think I purchased the premium plan but every time I scroll down it says this cannot be viewed I I click upgrade and then it tells me I already purchased it
    I don’t understand what the problem is
