    I am voting here to move it up.

    I agree that VV should capture this Regulatory Fee with the stock long sale.

    I record this Fee by entering a "Cash Withdrawal" after reporting my stock sale. It is easier than changing the commission or stock price. It does result in two transaction, one for the stock sale and one for the fee.
