it would be a nice option to be able to switch from US to Uk to European markets by tapping on the flag

Maybe Americans only deal with US market, but here it is quite common to trade in EU and US market, even UK and Asian market. Therefore, it should be easy for us (the users) to switch markets. I know we can do it by first going to Settings. But this is my point: it should be possible to change the Settings for the market by clicking on the flag on the main page WITHOUT having to first go to settings. It is a step that can easily be avoided.

I still cannot change markets. Only option is USA.

You can do this in the app now. There is an option for "Select Market" under settings.
