use previous settings (before May 20, 2010) to create videos
I like to be able to just replay a few seconds ago on the videos, because I do not want to waste time in replaying the whole video. Your old settings allow replaying just a few minutes or seconds, but not now anymore.

We have made modifications to the recording process and have fixed these issues.
Let us know if you are still having any other problems with the videos…
