An error occurred while saving the comment Mark Whitmarsh commentedBoth the [BackTester] and [Portfolios] Vectorvest tabs use the same [Edit Trading System] dialog box. To graphically put into context what Dave Negrych is saying the attached JPEG shows the screenshot [Edit Trading System] and an example of [Unisearch Parameters] where Parameter=<Stock Watchlist> but the feature could be added where Parameter=<Stock Portfolio>. The UK Vectorvest Monday Webcast hosted by David Paul on 27th Jan and 3rd Feb 2020 on EPS Kings used a Stock Sell Criteria of Weekly Price Moving Average of 3<8 requires this feature to run automated sell emails through the Portfolio Manager

An error occurred while saving the comment Mark Whitmarsh commentedFrom Oct 2007 - Mar 2009 there were 2 Confirmed Ups. Would like to see a Market Timing System where
if Price Moving Average 13 > 200 days then (allow variable value for days)
use Vectorvest Timing system as normal
else
no action on tradesBy using these 2 timing systems in conjunction with one another will reduce the noise of false signals caused by the current Vectorvest Market Timings using too short a period. Would have other uses

On 24/02/2020 Mark Cowan gave a Vectorvest Webinar in the UK for Dr. David Paul on EPS Kings Dividend Payers. This currently cannot be backtested because multiple stop criteria are not allowed in backtest. Attached is a GIF of a simplistic user interface. This Stop Criteria Dialog Tab needs a good overhaul to include 1) Multiple levels of stop, maybe upto 6 levels. The GIF exmple only allows 2 levels. 2) Allow more stop criteria, if VV Subscriber has Protrader then allow moving average price crossover stop, stochastics etc 3) Going through the forum there are more good ideas on this subject
