Do you want to measure ATR as a percentage of the price? For instance, find stocks where 1 ATR is less than 5% of the current price. This is only one option, we are open to any other ideas about how to configure this search.

Using ProTrader you can create a UniSearch where the RSI value of a stock has crossed or is currently above 70. You can also do the inverse to find stocks that are oversold by search for an RSI value has crossed or is currently below 30.

Unfortunetly each platform requires a targeted development effort and so we can't build one solution that will work across them all. Is there a specific platform that you are most interested in?
