    This is by design. Most users (but not all) do not have enough watchlists to warrant groups. This would also diable the watchlist ranking by RT :/ You have hit on the same solution I use, renaming them.

    You can do the Grossed Up % yourself via a custom field.
    DYGr = DY * (1 + 0.002142857 * InterimFrankingPercent + 0.002142857 * FinalFrankingPercent)
