Hi VV Team, 2017 is here. :-]
When are the larger alerting system changes planned for and do they include Australia? If using e-mail alerts this makes it easy and global. If using SMS alerts, I can see this could possibly be US only. So perhaps US subscribers can choose any form and international market subscribers get e-mail as a starting point.
Looking forward to hearing an update about this. It's been 2.5years since Timothy commented and many years since this item was started.

Hello Russ. I'm an Android user and just posted this idea: Customise Indices / Indexes On Overview Page. Please vote for it. Your idea of adding one index is basically a sub idea of my idea which is allow customisation. For you, you would add one index. For me, I would add 2. For others, maybe they would add or remove. etc. I hope you can see your request is very specific and limited, where my request is broad and open.
If you do end up voting for my idea, I wonder if your idea can be deleted so all votes are channeled into one place instead of being split over multiple ideas.

Thanks Timothy. Come to think of it, it was actually in Portfolio Genuis where I first experienced this whilst live trading.
Since you now know its calendar days, please update the wording in the GUI so the end-user is clear on what the software will do. Therefore you want: "Don't repurchase the same stock for 30 calendar days after sale" in the case of the slider being moved to show 30.

VV, please stop launching an old browser. There is another place this occurs in VV software too. Simply launch a URL and the default browser of the system will load. No need to be stuck in legacy world with IE11.
David, once you sign in, close that small window you can't resize. Then you are back at the original window you needed to sign in on, click F5. You are now signed in at full screen. The browser and far end web site already has your credentials. (Yes signing in again is a frustration I agree).
