insider trading and short interest should factor into RS calculation
Include insider trading and short interest as criteria in establishing relative safety. For example, Silicon Valley Bank's RS gradually dropped as it approached bankruptcy but its RS would have dropped much faster if insider trading and short interest were included as factors in VectorVest's RS formula.

Timing Indicators Calculated For All Major Indexes
The timing indicators Primary Wave, DEW, CC, etc., really need to be, at the very least, calculated for all the major indexes (S&P 500, S&P 400, S&P 600, Nasdaq comp, R2K, DOW 30). Optimally, the big 3 timers PW, DEW, CC should be available for all covered tickers. Over the past few years we see the continued fragmentation of market factors and sectors. The VVC based timing is good, but simply does not offer enough drilled-down detail for many of the trading strategies users are deploying today. As VV has the tech to be able to do this, why not…

Allow column to be added to the stock viewer for ATR (average trading range).
Please allow a column to be added to the stock viewer for ATR (average trading range). This parameter can be added to a graph, but a column cannot be added to the stock viewer. Thanks.

CEF’s discount to NAV in VV
Is it possible to display a CEF’s discount to NAV in VV, through a custom field? If so, how do I do it?
I’ve noticed that all of the CEFs show their price and value in 1:1 parity, and the RV is always 1.00 for CEFs. So it’s hard to figure out which of them offer a good value.
If I can display a custom field for their discount to NAV, that would help.

Provide more useful values for fields relating to LICs/LITs.
Around 40% of the value of my portfolio consists of LIC/LITs for which VV supplies no data other than an RT rating. No Value, RV, RS, GRT etc.
As these funds are becoming more popular, it means I and others have to go outside VVest and do my own research on a significant portion of my investments.
Even a regular NTA update would go part way to providing better information about the value and future prospects of the fund.1 vote -

Expand U.S. ETF Coverage for RT*CI Ranking Strategy in 401Ks
I'd like to apply Friday discussed approach to ranking/tracking funds in my employer's 401k program. While VectorVest currently tracks over 1500 ETFs, I'm unable to add the 27 funds below to a watchlistt to apply the very helpful RT*CI type of ranking discussed with Friday's commentary towards helping manage my 401k funds:
- Eaton Vance Income Fund of Boston A Fund (EVIBX)
- Fidelity Advisor Total Bond I Fund (FEPIX)
- JP Morgan Government Bond I Fund (HLGAX)
- Metropolitan West Total Return Bond M Fund (MWTRX)
- PIMCO Real Return Instl Fund (PRRIX)
- American Funds American Balanced R4 Fund (RLBEX)
- Fidelity Advisor Balanced Institutional…

Add Low, Mean and High Price Target fields (or at least the mean target)
Given all your research capabilities, it would be helpful to know either YOUR price targets or those available elsewhere. Highs and lows are historical; targets are prospective and certainly would complement your "STOP" feature.
If you are unwilling to risk such an estimate, give users three entry fields in Watchlists to create our own targets...high, mean, low.

THE BASIC OPTIONS DOES NOT ALLOW PRINTING THE ENTIRE STOCK ANALYSIS REPORT AND STOPS AT THE VST (VST-VECTOR) ALLOW PRINT ENTIRE REPORT.
ALLOW STOCK ANALYSIS REPORT TO PRINT ENTIRE REPORT AND ALSO SHOW THE GRAPH ON THE SUBSCRIPTION BASIC OPTION. IT IS TOO TIME CONSUMING TO WRITE IT OUT AS IT STOPS THE PRINT AT THE VST (VST-VECTOR).

change volume to average is value 1, positive volume would be green +, neg-red -, would alert to volume indications and changes.
the current number in the volume column does not alert the user on a visual scan that volume activity may be higher or lower than the market in general. I can miss a market move in price that could have been detected by volume change. There are other indicators, and I quess your rt comes the closest. I would prefer a simple red or greeen, based on average volume with a value of 1, and the next column and number is green and positive, or red and reflects less volume.
