  4. 1) RESPOND to customers consistently, and in a timely manner. Do not IGNORE their emails, or only respond to some of them.

    2) DO NOT keep trying to force customers to call you if they prefer, or ONLY can use email. You should be meeting the CUSTOMER's needs - NOT your own.

  8. Reply within 12 hours to all emails requesting support. Not just acknowledging receipt, but offering a solution. I´m hung up two days on a course I am taking with you for want of help on a technical issue.

  9. Investors have the choice of waiting on the line or being called back in the same order they called in. This would save a lot of hanging on the line waiting for a technician, and would be fair to the investor.

    Currently we get called back when convenient -- In my case two days later.

  11. I was able to increase the font size on the Viewers pages.

    You folks HAVE to get us the functionality to increase the size on the Home page. This is ridiculous and inexcusable.

  13. The help file is already in perfect shape for compiling.
    It would be much nicer to browse help offline, while sitting on the beach, than to sit in a stuffy room, where wifi is available.

  15. You have pdf quickstart documents explaining ProTrader and Derby modules under the Training tab. Where or why haven't the other modules been backed up by quickstart documents instead of videos only? I would like to have the ProfitLocker Pro module quickstart quide in pdf format for all the Stops and Variations explained while setting up Portfolio Genius.

  18. Under Vectorvest 7 , unlike the old system I can no longer customize the period for Hi-Lo price searches on stocks . I was using an 18 and 22 week period hi/lo search along with other parameters . Please be advised this is a game changer for me . I cannot understand why you did not incorporate this feature into Vectorvest 7 . Is it possible to make a last minute adjustment to your program .

  20. Must be done for clients use advisory managed portfolio whereby ETF are frequently purchased on rounded dollar basis and end up with Fractional share ie 10.49 shares or 100.67 shares

    This enhancement is necessary as well to be able to synchronized with ROBO trader Trading system to coincide with TRADEKING brokerage
