Access Denied even when able to login on website

I've been getting access denied when loging in to VectorVest even though I have been able to log in to the online website and this has happened for three days already. May you please help so that this doesn't happen

    I have the same problem. I can login to website but get "access denied" when logging in to VectorVest 7. I can login fine to phone app as well.

    Has this issue even been resolved??

    I can not log in to Vector Vest 7 in windows 10. I can only login to the Online web site. What I am missing here?

    I can log in, but when I try to access Watch Lists, or Research, or anything else for that matter, I just get a blank sheet. Help please. David Todd.
