    I like to see VVC 7.0 Realtime, Pro Trader and Simulator have additional Stops criteria based on Technical Analysis such as DPO, MACD, MA, and/or popular signal.

  4. Import Personal Portfolio Data

    If users were be able to import their transaction history into vector vest portfolios (readily downloadable from most brokerage accounts as a csv or xls file), they could use vector vest tools, data history, graphics, etc. to see how they have done with their actual trades. Manual entry is too laborious for an active trader!

    It quickly gets cumbersome to work with a list of portfolios without the ability to group them and minimize and expand the groups

    Portfolio Groups is a feature we are currently working on for a future update that will greatly improve the Portfolios in VectorVest 7.

    We don’t have a date yet, but I’ll let you know when the update is ready to be released!

  6. Report annualized return in the portfolios and the summary report.

    I've always enjoyed viewing the annualized results from my investments, even though some may be for only a short time. To show this in the portfoloios would give me a better handle on the performance of my investments.

  7. CREATE TRAILING STOP AND PROFIT EXIT COMBINATION LIKE YOU HAVE IN SIMULATOR

    I can not follow portfolio in real time since I am using 25 % Profit exit and 15% trailing stop at the same time. It should not be complicated for you to add.

  9. Add ability to group multiple portfolios together, and report performance of the group.

    I would like to group multiple portfolios together, and be able to show the performance of the entire group. Also allow for more than one grouping, and allow any one portfolio to be in more than one group.

  14. In portfolio manager add position sizing

    In portfolio manager add a position sizing that would be a % of the total portfolio amount related to the stop:
    example
    Portfolio amount = 25,000
    stock price = 13
    stop is at 11.50
    I want to risk 5% of the 25,000
    have it where I can pick whatever % I want to have at risk 2%,5% ect
    number of shares to buy =833
    I have 1,250 @ risk

    Alerts - Presently alerts are either all ON, or all OFF. Instead structure alerts so they can be turned on, or off for each PORTFOLIO.

  17. Add Strategy to the Portfolio Summary Report

    For the basic Portfolio Summary Report, the Strategy used should be added to the report, along with all the parameters of the strategy.

    This will be quite helpful when comparing numerous results for both live and back testing (and eliminates having to put it within the Remarks or Title of the Portfolio).

  18. Graph a portfolio

    VV allows you to graph a watchlist, but not a portfolio (as far as I know). Allow the same functionality so you can track the RT of your consolidated portfolio, compare performance vs the VVC or other metrics, etc.

  20. Add alert settings for each individual portfolio when using Genius

    I have portfolios that I am testing and portfolios where I follow my actual trades. All of them have the genius on. I want to receive alert only on the portfolio where I am actually trading and not on all of them. It will be so much easier to find out when I need to buy and sell ... without checking all the alerts and possibly missing an opportunity to buy/sell on my active portfolios. Thanls
