RESPOND to customers consistently, and in a timely manner. Do not IGNORE their emails, or only respond to some of them.

2) DO NOT keep trying to force customers to call you if they prefer, or ONLY can use email. You should be meeting the CUSTOMER's needs - NOT your own.
