Please change "Viewer" to allow sorting (as well as the order, forward or reverse sort) on another column as DEFAULT rather than forcing VST
Viewer presumes you want the default sort by VST. Please change it so that you can save as DEFAULT a sort by any other column (and either forward or reverse sort saved). As it is, every time you go to a new view, you have to click on the desired column (e.g. Alphabetical to compare with other tools) and then it REVERSE sorts, and you have to click AGAIN to forward sort. Wastes a lot of time for such a simple and obvious feature that should have been there years ago.

We need atleast price of stocks available for down load thru the export list option from the viewer list of stocks. Price is not a proprietary info of vector vest and you should allow this to be done as this helps portfolio investors.. Otherwise , it is not at all useful for me..

Closed End Funds (CEF)
As was done with ETFs, divide the CEFs into categories - growth, muni, fixed income, preferred, bond etc. Add NAV or discount/premium to NAV in (RV col?). Use percent leverage (or some facsimile) in the (RS col?). A quality number/ranking (esp for bomds) as a function of AAA, AAb, B etc rated holdings perhaps in the (EY col?). More to come ... we'll see. No revolution required but evolution would be very nice.

Add the ability for an Earnings Date column for personal watch lists under the Viewers tab
Currently, the Earnings Date column is only available if I add my watch list stocks to a Portfolio, which is super inconvenient when sorting watch lists.

Adding Price/RT 5,10,20 Day Moving Averages columns to "Viewers" and "Portfolios"
VectorVest suggests that we buy stocks with rising RTs & Prices and Sell with falling RTs and Prices. We can create Moving Average fields as custom fields which means the data is available. Why cannot we put this information into columns/layout in "Viewers" or "Portfolio" tabs?
It is very helpful to make a trade decision based on stock price movements relative to 5,10,20 Day Moving average prices and 5-Day MA RT.

Stock Symbol entry on VV7 UK
Facilitate entry of stock symbols by using same system as in VV7 USA where you only need to enter symbol without the country suffix
with each symbol seperated by a simple comma. The UK platform spends its' time claiming 'symbol cannot be found unless you enter one by one.3 votes -
Stock Viewer - why 52 week high and 52 week low is not provided? Is there a reason or could it be included in the future versions
I do not remember those 2 values being available in the viewe. Only way is to extend your graph to 1 year and by looking the high and low triangles on the graph.

Have the hovering Mouse over the symbol cause a popup of the company name.
- The mouse could be hovering over the symbol thus showing the Company name and then we could pul the colomn name at the end of columns and leave more space in the left part of the views where we put the most columns we want to see for trading.

Include Sector details also in Stock Viewer along with Industry details
Please add Sector details as a second row under Industry details in Stock Viewer. This will help us quickly analyze a stock, its industry and its sector. In the current version, one can only see the Industry info, and have to open another window to see the sector details.
Another alternate would be to have Industry and Sector related columns be made available under layout customization so that we can chose which ones to be shown.3 votes -

Export system trade viewer data to excel
I would like to export this data to excel to ease the ability to analyze the data. I would like to put a couple of portfolios together and would like to filter certain columns that trade system viewers doesn't not allow.

Trading System Viewer. Add column showing # of Trades Per Year.
Some trading systems involve humongous numbers of trades per year, while others are much easier to manage. Users need to know that, so they can better select a system that matches their trading personality.

Mimic App Stock Picks on desktop
I would like to see a watch list folder/container on the desktop application that mimics the picks tab on the mobile app.
It seems that we get more hot picks from the app compared to the desktop, but it is much easier to see on the desktop

Closed end funds
I don't like how all Closed End Funds have Industries and Sectors categorized as Market. Many are sector specific, so they can act differently than the general market.
Also don't like how all Closed End Funds have RV and RS values of 1.00 across the board. Again, they can act differently than the general market.
