Allow intra day and real MA crossover search using one minute bars and up.
This will open up more opportunity for intra day and real time trading by allowing a search to identify intra day crossovers on smaller increments of time.

Must Vote - IMP - Find Stocks near 20 day M.A.
I would like to find stocks that are a specific percent near their 20 day moving average. When parameter is 20 day MA, delta not available.
I tried an alternate method by adding a percent in custom field builder and it does not allow. for e.g. if my custom field is 20 day MA (price), we cannot do below
20 day MA (price) + .05 (20 day MA(price))
I called customer service and was told this cannot be done and they suggested to add this to improvement section
Please consider this request. Most stocks react very well when they approach…

Crossing moving average on custom fields or any other field like RT (ex.:5daysMA RT crossing 10daysMA RT)
We can create MA and EMA on almost all Fields. What I would like is to be able to search for any EMA or MA crossing on thoses different fiels.

Bullish and bearish candlestick signals relative to the 40 SMA
I wo8uld like to suggest that you modify the candlestick searches to take into account the position of the stock price relative to the 40 SMA. Bullish candlestick signals are much more effective when they take place below the 40 SMA, and bearish candlestick signals are much more effective when they take place above the 40 SMA. Doji signals, conversely, are important at the top or bottom of the pattern. Taking into account these complexities would be of great value to traders.

RSI needs to be a proper field not just a crossover
I want to be able to see the absolute value of the RSI and to calculate a moving average. I want to be able to sort on RSI as well.

We can manage Univ of Ark accounts with Fidelity and it would be nice to be able to run tests using Fidelity Select Funds.

RT Kicker concept applies to Stock Searches
Since the RT Kicker works so well with improving the timing of the market. Why not enable Unisearch so we can run RT moving average searches with our stock strategies to improve the stocks being selected.

sort data by clicking on column heading
right now, vv7 says it can't sort the data when you check on a column heading (unlike vv6).
have it sort the data of any column when the user clicks on the column heading, including calculated columns. Only the data in the table need be sorted - it can be done in the vv7 client on the user's machine and doesn't need to be done on the server.

Create the capability for unisearch to select "x" number of shares in "x" number of industries, same as in Backtester or Portfolio Manager
Allow Unisearch to select a fixed number of stocks in a fixed number of industries as backtester and portfolio manager currently do. For example, in the search "top stocks in top industries" the sort currently will pick to top stocks but will not limit the number to each industry. So when creating a portfolio, one must sort down thru many many stocks manualy to create a diversified portfolio.

Is there a way to have a unisearch that would be able to screen by divergences, such as a divergence in dpo,or macd .

searching
i use certain fields as part of my parameters but i don't necessarily need to see them on the result of the search. can i box be checked off to not display value of that field. this would clean up the results and make it easier to view without having to squash fields each time i run search
