In portfolio report (V V 7) if you can put calender for two dates for the reporting period
Allow user to define two dates in portfolio reporting to select performance of the portfolio

Just to clarify what I would find helpful (which I believe is what the original post is requesting)... ability to set a start and end date for various Portfolio reports and graphs. For example, show an equity curve for last year or YTD (not the entire portfolio history), show Summary Report for all trades and results in Q3 etc.
