    I have sent multiple email to customer support to cancel my subscription, but no response.

    I tried to call the customer support phone number, and I held for more than one hour, and I was still in the queue.

    How can I unsubscribe and get my last payment refund?

    how does one cancel????? 3 months later, I still can't figure it out. guess I'll do it through the credit card company??

    Its not hard at all to cancel. I called and got a real person in less than a minute.

    As I am in the process of liquidating my stocks . I shall not need to use the vector Vest service any longer.
    As I have just been charged my full years subscription ,I shall be grateful for the refund accordingly.
