The program doesn't have nearly the benefits that the American side does. For example I took an expensive course on nailing the bottom, but it was all directed to American numbers and examples. I am also trying to set up an RSI2 search and I went through all the line numbers, but can't finish it because there is not a "no petro" search in Canada. Many Canadians don't want to trade American stocks because it is a nightmare for accounting purposes. If the same features are not available on the Canadian version, the cost should not be the same.
