Trend Age
Stocks behave according to market conditions AND the behavior of people who regularly trade a particular stock. In searches, would be helpful to see how many days a stock has been in an upward trend vs average days the stock moves in an upward trend. note: I know this info is shown on a stock's graph but would be helpful to see it when doing a search of prospective investments. In this way, a VV investor/trader can screen stocks and see if he/she is entering into a position with room to increase in price or whether he should wait for the next wave.

A very interesting suggestion.
What I do to find the beginning of a trend which is not the same as your are requesting is to add a search line
'Time of search RT less than 1.12.'
Then add what ever other lines I require. This seems to accurately call up all those share at the beginning of a trend. I experimented with a number of different figures but found that 1.12 was the best.
One possibility to find longer term trends would be to add two lines Less than 1.xx and more than 1.yy. Haven't tried this myself but it may work.
