Better Help and Support
I have several comments which I have numbered.
1. You do not offer Live Chat even which is a problem because from Austria it is costly to access your Tel Helplines.
though when you live in Austria.
2. On the tel support line of UK it says you have an online chat support facility on http://www.vectorvest.com but I cannot see this facility. All I can see is offline chat which is actually your email support.
3. Your German tel support line did not work over the weekend. Your German tel number was not working from Austria. 0049 800 184 4965
4. I sent an email to you to each of your Facebook chats AND by Email but so far as on Monday 11:42 CET no response.
5. I have twice rung up the UK tel support line but have hung on for ages and have no pound sign on my mobile or my telephone to leave a message!
6. It is particularly unhelpful to be asked to click on the pound sign when ringing the Belgium helpline which is clearly the same service as the UK service. Your Belgium tel number 0032 800 261 88 which clearly goes to the same tel support system and invites me to click on the pound sign to leave a message, but as I have Austrian telephones and mobiles how can I click on the pound sign?
My questions are as follows:-
1. Do you supply online chat support from anywhere?
2. Do you supply online chat via Facebook?
