Printer Issue - When printing a portfolio history
Trying to justify a VV portfolio 'history' to the actual 'broker history' can be very trying. Broker history is documented automatically when you place a trade. However, we must manually enter every penny in to VV and hope that the numbers balance. When they don't, I have to printout both the broker 'history' and the VV 'history' to find where the imbalance is. This can be very time consuming. The VV history can be many pages long depending on how long you have been maintaining a record. VV does not give us the ability to print the most current 5 pages as an example. VV forces me to print the entire history. It would seem to me that this would be an easy fix but 1st line tech support says ... sorry pal, you have to print the entire report. Since this is a printer general issue and not a VV data issue, I am hoping that this issue will not count as one of my 'votes'!! Thank you for your consideration.
