Manual stops set in portfolio view should be maintained after cycling the Genius to update transactions
When cycling the Genius to update transactions in the portfolio, manually configured stops are lost. When the Genius is turned back on, it exhibits seemingly random behavior in re-setting the stops. Some stocks get the default stop from the portfolio settings. Some stocks get set to None. But none of the stocks maintain their custom stop criteria.

this is such an annoying issue and a huge problem. because
1. it ends up wasting tons of time trying to set, reset stops
2. we can never be sure when the stop has actually hit
