I have no way of running VectorVest App or VectorVest 7 on my Windows 8 Nokia Lumia 635 phone. Please help!

I cannot run a VectorVest phone app on my Windows 8 Nokia Lumia 635 phone. The phone is great and is worthy to be able to run this most needed app. Please help.
