Add "Recommend & Accept" function from RoboTrader to portfolios"
RoboTrader's ability to provide recommendations that you then "accept" is very convenient. You can also reject a stock suggestion (e.g., GameStop). With the Genius on in Portfolios it will automatically "sell" a stock and then "buy" another.
Also - should allow more decimals in stock price in portfolios like in RoboTrader.

Correct Decimal Places in Portfolio View
In Portfolio view we are able to add stock purchases with fractional shares. This is great, as many brokers allow us to purchase factional shares. As shown in file "1", VV allows us to add 7 decimal places. So far so good. However, when I view my purchases in the Portfolio (file "2"), VV rounds the shares up to the nearest whole number for the amount of shares owned (the cost basis is computed corrected). Suggestion #1 is to revise the Portfolio view to show how many shares we really own and NOT round the number of shares…

DRIP entry into portfolio
Make it possible to split a dividend payment into cash and DRIP components so the number of shares held in the portfolio and the buying power are reflected correctly once entered.
This can be done now by adding the total dividend in cash and then purchasing the number of shares at the DRIP value, but it would be terrific if it could be done in one window.

We need a Gain% stop level Criteria.
Stop criteria should be more realistic and allow users to select Gain% threshold level. Stop levels cannot not react fast enough to volatile markets price changes. Some of us learned that the hard way.

Portfolio Re-balancing
Portfolio Re-balancing can be an important aspect of portfolio management for longer term portfolios. Provide a portfolio re-balancing tool that will automatically generate transactions to adjust the portfolio to percentages defined by the user for each security.

Allow user-designated choice to calculate stop values based on 1) intraday highs or 2) end of day highs.
Currently stop values are calculated off intraday highs, which is more useful to day traders than longer term traders, and creates distorted stops for the latter. More Settings tab on the Automation Rules screen would be a good place to put it.

My Portfolios can be improved by including the same graphics and analysis as with Trading System Viewer
It would be quite helpful to be able to compare My Portfolio performance to that of the Trading System Viewer. To do that simply present My Portfolio performance in the same way as is done in TSV (1 mo., 3-mo, 1-year, ytd, etc.). Maybe you couldn't easily come up with a category title (prudent, conservative, etc.), but that would not be too critical. For those of us trying to create our own trading systems this feature would be very useful.

max drawdown
I would like to see the maximum drawdown that my trading system has had somewhere (maybe on the graph under the displayed gain or loss for the system). Then I can compare to the drawdown that I had gotten for the trading system in the backtester. This would be great if done for "Robo Trader" also

on the top summary line add the number of stocks held
This is so that at a quick glance you can see if your portfolio is full.
Example 4/10 i.e. 4 stocks held out of 10 stocks when the portfolio is full.

No Alerts for Rules (Down) "Go To Cash" Setting - Need Alerts
We get alerts to buy and sell individual stocks based on our portfolio genius' market timing rules as we set it. I haven't had issues with that.
One of the useful rules we can set is for the portfolio to "Go to Cash" on Rules (Down). However, it appears we don't get any alerts for this rule and it functions no differently from the "No Action" setting - meaning alerts are only given when the individual stocks hit their stop loss prices.
I think it's a very important alert to provide and "Go to Cash" vs "No Action" are sufficiently…

Keep the same layout when switching from one portfolio to another
When switching from one portfolio to another, you currently have to click on whatever layout you want. Once I pick the first layout, I would like the same layout to carryover to the next portfolio by default rather than having me click to choose my layout.
I'm often adjusting my profit locker pro stop price on the profitlocker pro graph and switching to the next portfolio to check the same thing. I have a profit locker layout and I'd like to not have to click it every time I switch to looking at a different portfolio.
