  1. When we do various drawings / trend lines on a stock chart (Graph), they disappear as soon as you close the chart. So 5mins later or next day, or next week if you want to check on those lines you drew previously, you have to draw them again and remember what you did with that particular stock and what you were waiting for. example waiting for a pullback to hit a support or trend line.

Is there anyway such drawings can be saved against the stock symbol ?

  2. Being notified whenever ANY stock's RT factor rises above 1.0 because most of those stocks continue to advance in price. Without this info. if is very likely that
I miss a possible portfolio gain. I don't notice the RT improvement until I happen
to look at a stock's chart that I see the RT advance and by then the stock price has (in most cases) already gained in value.

We’re proud to announce that VectorVest 7 is now available on Mac OS X 10.7 and later! This solution no longer requires a separate partition or installing Parallels Desktop + Windows. Instead, we use a remote server to host VectorVest 7.

Subscribers will install Parallels RAS Client (free app) to access our software. To start using it, go to vectorvest.com/install/vectorvest7/mac.

  4. It would be nice to have a way to get to the graphs from the RoboTrader screen. We teach cherry-picking heavily and to always look at the graph before you trade. I think this might be a pretty big deal for a lot of people.

  5. Add a column for next earnings release date since timing of trade could be greatly impacted by earnings release and you may want to trade ahead of earnings or wait especially with the significant %changes we are seeing on earnings releases.

  10. Since a portfolio can have a variety of stocks that behave differently within the portfolio, it would help to more accurately track the performance of a portfolio if it was possible to set different stop loss criteria to individual stocks within the portfolio instead of the whole portfolio

  15. I will have to agree with comments of not having an Apple version being a huge disappointment as I own 7 Apple computers which includes 2 iPhones and only 1 Microsoft Windows based computer which has my Vector Vest on it. The problem is that the computer is aging and has problems that will require it to retire soon. I don't want to get another MSFT when I already have $8-$10k in Apple products. When can we expect a downloadable version without having to partition on our hard drives. This is a potential hazard which can cause vulnerability issues for…

Questrade is now available in VectorVest 7 for Canadian residents.

It can be used in both RoboTrader and TradeNow.

To connect your Questrade account, go to Application Settings – Trading tab. Or right-click on any stock and select “Trade Now – Manage Brokerages”.
