In Protrader allow the Moving Average drop down list to enter the number "3", useful to Derby club for 3 EMA over 8 EMA Crossovers

Add a 3/8 EMA search (crossover in last 3-5 days) for ALL users. The podcast instructors are always talking about it, and it DOES really work. It should be a VectorVest standard search.
