Print should be able to reflect the view. If sorted by Start date, the print should also reflect that

When trying to print the summary page of Backtests, there seems to be no way to change column widths for printing to allow the width of the display to be contained on a single 'landscape view' page. Column width changes made on the screen are ignored during printing.
Please correct this, or implement a 'force to 1 page wide' capability.
