You can set the Portfolio Graph to default to either EOD or Intraday by going to Settings (button in top-right corner of application), Portfolio tab, and then choosing the Default Graph Type.

On Real Time portfolio mini-graphs, allow for the last time frame setting to stick as default -- i.e., EOD rather than intra-day -- so that you can see the same time frame on graphs when moving quickly among portfolios.
