There is a setting in Automation Rules that might give you the functionality that you're looking for.
Look for a setting called "Limit Repurchases". By default it is turned on and set to "Don't repurchase a stock I CURRENTLY own", but you can move the slider so that the backtest will wait x days before repurchasing a stock that you have held in your portfolio. If you move the slider all of the way to the end, then the backtester will NEVER repurchase a stock that you've owned for the entire span of the backtest.
