Have the ability to mark a chart for review
When reviewing MANY charts it would be a huge benefit to be able to mark a chart for review to come back to for a deeper dive rather than have to write down each individual stock symbol. This could be done with a check box for review or a way to move the chart to a chart review or watch list.

RSI graph improvement
When adding horizontal lines to the RSI graph like at 80 & 20 --if you save the graph layout the lines should stay where you put them on the RSI graph and not disappear when you look at the next stock.

Would be great to have Fibronacci Projection available for charting
With Fibronacci Projection, I would be able to have a logical target to take profit instead of waiting to be stopped out each time .

Add a Data Refresh button
in vectorVest 7 and VectorVest mobile, could you add a button which performs a data load refresh ? I stay logged into VV on the platform for days at a time. But I end up having to shut down VV, restart then log back in in order to work with the most current data.

Add the Buy Sell Hold bar to charts in Mobile VectorVest app
Unlike VectorVest 7, the VectorVest Mobile app does not display the Buy/Sell/Hold bar at the top of the chart.
Could you either always display that or make it possible to click on something in the Chart which will cause it to display, click again to hide it ?

Mutiple charts populate based on single stock selection
It would be nice to setup several different charts that key in on a selected stock. For instance, a weekly, daily and 3-hour charts to populate when selecting a stock.

Impose EPS on price chart using the same axis on a logarithmic scale
by Imposing EPS on a price chart using the same axis on a logarithmic scale you are able to visually examine how the stock reacts to earnings as well as quickly value a stock based on earnings.
this strategy was made popular by Jhon Schwinghamer I have been applying this strategy in conjunction with vector vest tools and have been very successful I would love to have all my analysis tools on one platform instead of going back and forth.thank you for valuing our input

Percentage gain / loss on the charts for VectorVest PC (Just Like Mobile app)
Just like how the mobile app shows percentage gain or loss for on the chart for the time period, it would be nice to have the same functionality on the VectorVest PC version.

New parameter - Weinstein's RS: price of stock/price of VVC
Stan Weinstein,1988: "Secrets for profiting in bull & bear markets" illustrates his buy points with a Mansfield Chart in which Relative Strength is defined as Price of stock/Price of market average.
Adding this parameter to Unisearch and graphs would enable a more rapid assessment of stocks.2 votes -
Can you please include an advance/decline graph in the market timing graph?
Advance/decline is available as a mini graph for a short period. I believe it would be useful to see it on an extended time graph. This would help us see a correlation between adv/dec patterns and the general trend of the market.

Midas Touch Graph Layout
When clicking on the Midas Touch Graph Layout, it would be nice if the graph automatically switched to a 3 month graph.

Allow display of DTI in Graphs of VVC just as you do for the Market Timing graph which is the same thing.
I like to keep my Market Timing Graph set up for my long term review and evaluation. It's setting are pretty complex. SO for use of the Derby I would like to be able to set up a VVC graph to handle my Derby/Swing Trade evaluation using the DTI, which is great, but I do NOt WANT to mess up my long term Market Timing graph.

Please think about adding a 2 year graph to the program rather than jumping from 1 all the way to 5 years.

Price adjustments sometimes needed
There are occasions when a stock's price needs to be adjusted. VectorVest adjusts the historical price of a stock when a split occurs.
Another appropriate occasion for adjusting a stock's historical price is if a stock spins off one of its parts, such as happened with DHR on July 7, 2016. My brokerage immediately adjusted the historical price of this stock because the price, value, and other fundamentals of this stock remained unaffected. VectorVest, on the other hand, did not adjust the historical price, resulting in distortiaon of VectorVest's indicators (RV, RS, RT, VST, DY, etc.). This stock continues to…

Have to RESTART VectorVest several times a day due to Memory issues
I am a Software Engineer and suspect the Graphics code has a memory leak, as I noticed memory used increasing when I open many Graphs. Not sure if code is Java or .Net, or C or some other language, but their appears to be a leak somewhere causing me, jerry and other Jockey Club members to reboot during the day.

I'd like to be able to plot ATR channels and the Keltner channels ON the price graph in place of Bollinger Bands.
ATR Channels & the Keltner Channels give us a smoother plot because they do not use Standard Deviation and they use EMA rather than SMA.
I want to be able to plot Keltner or ATR channels ON the price graph.
Thank you, Bob

When saving a graph layout, save the horizontal lines as well.
When saving a graph layout, save the horizontal lines as well. I put horizontal lines on the stochastic oscillator to show 20 and 80. So I can better see when %k crosses these values. The fact that these are not saved in the graph layout means the graph layout feature is broken. These are part of the graph and should be saved as such.

need to revise the s & p earings to be a adjustable (5, 10, 20, 50)
The 50 day moving average for s&p earnings is too long of a period.
It lags the market by too many days. You need an S&P earnings that is adjustsable 5,10, 20, 50 - would be much much better as a gauge to
see the trend of the stock market which follows earrnings almost exactly.1 vote
