Portfolio with Log Scale Opion
Portfolio results over a long time period are best displayed using a log scale. This way early results would be just as important as the later results. For a constant percentage increase, there would be a straight line.

For dividend reinvestments
For Divdend reinvestments. Let us put date, stock, commission, COST BASIS, and either number of shares or share price. and let VectorVest compute either the number of shares or the share price. ITwould make entering Dividend reinvestment much easier.

A suggestion, I would like to see you add the ability to set up simple alerts on stocks above and below current market. I do not need real time, delayed works just fine for me. The ability to set up alerts would be of great benefit for me and I'll bet many others.

edit graph name
2013.08.22 add edit function to graph names.
Now user must "RENAME" file in order to edit graph saved.
At least add ability to use standard windows editing functions; like copy & paste to renaming instead of having to retype new file name when you make a mistake/typo. and then delete old incorrect file name.2 votes -
color change for dates & prices using WHITE background color
2013.08.22 when viewing a VV graph with background color iWHITE, the stock prices on right and dates on bottom are in very LIGHT GREY..
Suggest change both to either DARK GREY or black so the contrast level is higher and EASIER TO READ FOR OLDER PEOPLE (seasoned citizens) WHO WEAR BIFOCALS,

Alert on any optionable 'Buy' recommended stocks whose DPO goes below .5
A drawdown or pullback in the stocks price is the best time to inter a trade on 'BUY' recommended stocks. A 'DPO' alert on all 'B' or 'H' stocks at around .5 or less would be an excellent indicator of when to start watching that stock for a possible trade entry point.

2). need a demo/simulator or virtual account to practice trading inclusive of fundamental, technical, and news.
3).need for a common people, i.e. of elementary education, computer literate & capital.

A new Search looking for stocks with the lowest Drawdown (for a determined time frame) would allow to identify companies with solid earnings and relative small losses

Add the Drawdown as a new Parameter available in the VectorVest Fields. This feature available in any Backtest, would allow - if applied to a stock graph - to quickly identify stocks with small losses during a particular time frame.

GLB/RT star
When looking back in time, there's no star on the green light to show a GBL/RT buy. I would like to be able to see the star, even on historical data.

EPS Precision
In Canada and the USA, EPS precision is usually 2 decimal digits because companies report their earnings per share in cents.
And VectorVest 7 follows that use everywhere.
Thus the EPS value of VVC/CA is reported to 2 decimal places. With
values around 0.20, the smallest variation is 5%. On a graph, I see infrequent bumps. For VVC/US, it is 1 part in about 80 or 1.25%.As a VectorVest Canada user, a finer grain in VVC/C would help me better interpret the trend of EPS and it should be possible since it is the result of a large aggregate.

Add the * kicker signal to the ColorGuard in the Views
The * in the ColorGuard when the RTKicker signal occurs is a great idea but it disappears after 10 days because that's all you can see on the homepage. Can you start adding it to the ColorGuard in the views so that when you look back you can see the * signal in the price column.

Put the date somewhere on the VV Views
I print them for reference and the date is not on the papers when printed.
