Add columns in Portfolio Information display to show total dividends and total option premiums rcvd.

This will enable us to see at a glance how a Pay Day Portfolio is performing or any other portfolio that derives an amount of income from option premiums and/or dividends.
Portfolio Manager allows us to enter this information, but we can't see it on the Portfolio Information screen.
