REITs are evaluated based on FFO and not EPS. For REITS, please replace EPS data in your database with FFO (or AFFO). Much more usefull.
REITs are evaluated based on FFO and not EPS. For REITS, please replace EPS data in your database with FFO (or AFFO). Much more useful. P/E becomes P/FFO. No new fields just store FFO in EPS fields for REITS.

For dividend investors that follow REIT's adding the Funds From Operations (FFO) for Equity REITs to your daily data feeds is critical? If not, researching REITs on VV is not very helpful. Dr. DiLiddo what do you say?
