    The F-Score and Aroon Indicator are used in conjunction by some to select stocks which are ready to move up (high F-Score) and when to buy and sell them (Aroon Indicator). AAII has the F-Score as one of its screens and Stockcharts.com has the Aroon Indicator as one of its chart indicators.
