    Sorry for the inconvenience, Mark. We did have some technical issues on Sunday. We are investigating the issues to ensure that it does not happen in the future.

    This can be accomplished in Unisearch by adding a Parameter for Filter By Watchlist. This will let you narrow it down to a specific set of stocks.

  6. VectorVest7 successfully downloaded but I am experiencing problem to eccess my account on the signin icon. I must sign the exchang agreement

    Must sign the exchange agreement with the desktop version VectorVestor7 prior to using any mobile version of VectorVestor7.

    Also Real time update is not there for Vector Vest IN. pls provide the same.

  10. "Streaming" does not work "in extended hours". The data of 2 - 3 out of 10 stocks is not visible. "Recommendation" is blacked out.

  11. Custom Stop Criteria should remain as set in Genius and not return to default value

    The Genius allows to edit different stop prices for each stock, which is a very valuable feature. However, they return all to the default value after the Genius is turned off and on again.

    In the latest version of VectorVest 7, the Genius will ask you if you want to keep your existing stop criteria when reactivating automation. Select “Keep Existing” to prevent your stop criteria from being overwritten by the defaults.

    In graph settings, there is a setting for Right Margin. Increasing this will add a gap between the bar and the edge of the chart.

  13. Custom field on "Add Parameter" on "Graph control panel" doesnt work.

    My custom fields show up on uni search but on "Graph" Add Parameter there is no small right arrow on the custom field item and clicking on this does nothing. If I can search on a custom field then I need to graph it.

  14. I want to know what stocks to buy today, not what you though about the stock the day before.

    I want Vector Vest to tell us what stocks are hot now on the current trading day, in other words, I would like to see daily recomendations on what to buy and price target.

  15. price above or below Moving Averages

    The ability to filter stocks thru unisearch when the stock price is ABOVE or BELOW ANY moving average. For example stocks above the 50 ma or 200 ma or both.

    Custom Moving Averages are now available in VectorVest 7 for all ProTrader users.

    Finding stocks with a Price above or below a Moving Average can be accomplished by creating a Custom Moving Average field.

    Last Friday’s Strategy of the Week gives a great overview of how to use Custom Moving Averages in Unisearch searches.

  17. When using the backtester there are many instances of selling a stock due to the stop criteria and then buying it again because it qualifies

    Back tests should be prevented from selling and buying of the same stock on the same day. Perhaps a set number of trading days before it can qualify again.

    Larry, try using the Limit Repurchsaes feature in the BackTester. You can set it to not purchase the same stock for the next # of days that you specify. It is under the More Settings tab in Automation Rules.

  19. Add Ex Dividend Date

    you give lots of data on the spreadsheets including dividend yeild but you dont give dividend dates. to be more streamlined, so investors dont have to search the net for the info, it would be nice to include at least the ex dividend date

    Dividend Dates are now available in the latest update to VectorVest 7 which is currently being rolled out.

    Ex-Dividend Dates and Dividend Payout Dates can be accessed in three ways.

    For a printable list of dividend dates, use the new Dividends Viewer in the Viewers tab.

    To view historic Dividend Ex-Dates and Payout Dates in a graph, click on the Dividends button at the bottom-left of a graph.

    To run a search for stocks with upcoming Dividend Dates in Unisearch, use the new field Dividend (Ex-Date) in the Dividend Analysis group.
