When using Quick Test on stock dates over 5 days old give an option for either using beginning date's beginning prices or ending price
Currently on dates over 5 days old you are forced to use beginning day;s ending price
Since the end price today is hardly ever tomorrows beginning price it would be better to have the option of which beginning price to use

News Gadget
One of the improvements that can be made is in the news gadget. It displays only a few and does not refresh continually but manually. It must be fully customizable and be able to change colors, font size and color.
Also it may contain features like to display certain colors for hot news or for portfolio positions.
I do not know how many fields it may have but only few news for the lot of news produced by the market?

Add a Gadget on the Home Page that would list all the market timing items in the same chart in a color coded fashion like the Color Guard.
Just like the Color Guard, have the 6 market timing items listed at the top, and the date down the right side. So it would be easier to see a DEW change, for instance, rather than having to look on the graph's tab. The green, yellow, and red colors could still be used for up, neutral, and down. Thanks.

Better clarification is needed for the Backtester “Customized Trading System” rules for “Stop Criteria” of the “Trailing Stop” feature. Specifically, better wording is needed for the relationship between the 2 kinds of stop criteria:
- Trailing Stop percentage and
- Gain or Loss percentage
The current wording says that the Gain or Loss is “optional” (provided 1 or 2 percentages are entered). New wording will to indicate that condition 1 or condition 2 will satisfy the stop, whichever occurs first. Add new backtest grouping: Group by Unisearch.
This would help the user to see under which conditions a search is optimal. It could also be used to compare results to the existing grouping by timing system.

NEW ENTRY TO MIDAS WATCH LIST
It would be helpful to create a way in the search parameter that would allow a determination of the latest entry into the watch list by using the "Date/Time" parameter.

To find the biggest gainer over time from a search one uses the performance graph. It would be nice if highlighted stocks could be directly be entered into the performance graph, rather then tediously adding each stock to be graphed.

Seasonality
I would like for VV to chart the previous 10 years data (if available) and show the average as a Seasonality line for the previous 6 months and the future 6 months. Many stocks and industries have Seasonality and VV already has the data to show this.

Create ONE EMAIL ALERT with the Subject Name/Title for Each Unisource Invest/Trading Basket & LIST ALL TRANSACTIONS Buy/Sell Generated by Genious rather than one Email per Buy/Sell Transaction. This is much easier to handle when reading and especially interfacing with an outside Broker House or Internal Vector Vest Broker House.
