  1. The market call indicator is an important trading indicator. A simple color coded (green up, red down) arrow prominently displayed on all the home pages would make finding that data much easier to access. My trading is determined by this information.

  2. example: create 2 Moving average with same smoothing constant plotted together but with a time displacement, and their crossings would trigger a buy or sell.

  3. After creating a graph of stocks from the "Graph All" button, the only way to go through the stocks is to use the scroll bar. This makes it very difficult to look through the stocks if you want to jump to a specific stock.

I would like at a minimum to be able to drop down a list of stocks available in the graph list to be able to jump directly to that stock. Aditionally it would be great to have other improvements to the navigation such as the ability to resort.

  4. Currently if you have more than one layout for your charts say one is intra-day and one is inter-day the chart will default to inter-day even if the chart in the saved layout is intra-day. I would like to see the saved chart in each layout be the same format as the chart in each saved layout.

  5. Run the sample portfolios with real money -- which should be a money maker given the paper-trading results. By doing so and having the results audited, you'd have the best marketing tool possible . . . and get away from the penny stock strategies I suspect.

  7. In the layout setting options for stock watchlist viewers, add columns for Industry RT Rank. Currently only accessible from the stock viewer. Annoying to have ot switch back and forth between viewers to see rankings.

  9. Right now can only do automated backtest using same Market Timing Signal, for example Confirmed Up and Confirmed Down.

Right now can do MANUAL backtest of MIXED Market Timing Signals of Dew Down and Primary Up but would like MIXED Market Timing Signals to be AUTOMATED.

  11. I would also like to be able to set a stop to exit if the price does not achieve X% per annum pro rata N days after purchase. I don’t want to wait until it has lost a bundle to get out, I want to get out if it is not performing well enough, and get into one that is. Eg if I have a 10% per annum target, and the stock is only up 2% after 90 calendar days, I want to exit. If, having achieved 4% at 90 days (16% annual) it drops back to less than 10%…

  12. I currently have four accounts with Ally.com but can only use two accounts with the trade now account. I have a non IRA account, A regular IRA account , my wife's IRA account and a non IRA acount. It would be nice to be able to use the trade now account on all accounts. I am sure I am not the only one who has this problem.

  13. Keltner Channes are much more useful than Bollinger bands.
Also, I want to make sure that the 50 day EMA is above the 100 day EMA of the underlying stock or ETF.

  14. The Hull Moving Average (HMA) as a chart indicator available on my Active Trader Pro Fidelity account. It's also available on Think or Swim and a few other trading platforms. It's incredibly useful in trend trading for determining entry and exits. Please consider adding to the VV indicator tool set. It eliminates the lag and improves smoothing issues associated with other MA's.

  16. Can we please add the ability to use more than 1 stop criteria in Backtester. For eg, you can select 3 separate stop loss criteria in Backtester and whichever is first triggered on a particular day is the stop loss criteria that would be actioned on a particular stock. Thanks

  17. To manually entering dividend payments in a portfolio one is required to shut off the Genius. However when the Genius is again activated the stop criteria changes to 'None' on the table. After reactivating the Genius the stop criteria should be preserved and not have to be manually reset. (This applies to 'end of day' or once per day mode)

  18. Develop a tool that allows the user the ability to review the VST rank of a stock over each of the last 10 days (review period could be user defined). I find this is an excellent way to select momentum stocks that already have a good VST score and are beginning to move. Currently, I perform this analysis manually using spreadsheets.

  19. Backtests run over longer time periods, and graphed on the typical arithmetic scale, do not provide a satisfactorily visualization of the results. Significant moves in the early portion of the graph are "cramped" because the scale range must be increased to show later results.

Example: Start w/ $100,000. A simple increase of 25% per year over 10 yrs requires an arithmetic range from $100,000 to $1,000,000. A significant increase of 10% ($10,000), early on, is only 10,000/900,000 = 1.1% of the scale -- totally undistinguishable from a visual standpoint. On a log scale the same 10% move from $100,000 to…

  20. The default sort is VST. With ETFs %PRC is what matters. When you go from one Watchlist to another and then back to original, the sort reverts back to VST. The sort parameters need to be sticky.
