Buy signal alert
How is possible that no buy signal is available on a platform like VectorVest similar to a stop signal alert? Please, create one.

When in one's portfolio screen, have an extra column that would show Gain/Loss percentage over different periods. Days, weeks, months.
Have an extra column in the portfolio screen which displays the percentage gain or loss (ROI) against each stock for different periods. Have the period selected by right clicking the column heading and choosing preset periods (e.g. 1,2,3,5,10 days, 1, 2,3, months, last quarter, last half year etc. or leave a space where one can simply enter the period required). At the moment one only has the ROI from date of purchase or from date of portfolio inception)

Want Watchdog to monitor intraday vvc and stocks so don't have to stay glued to screen when buy or sell conditions change for daily Derby.
Yesterday 2/24/2016 missed VVC's MACD crossing up the signal line at 11:30am and VVC then rally to end of the day. Several of my portfolios were up 3 or 4% in that time interval! Alas! DON'T have time or energy to monitor portfolios or VVC all day

Remove ETFs and Market Sectors from the Stock Viewer
Remove the ETF's and Market Sectors from the Stock Viewer. They already have a separate Viewer to select these if they want to. For me, the Stock Viewer should just list stocks, not ETF, etc. Today's viewer has mostly ETF's and you have to scroll down to start looking for stocks.

Move the company watermark name on the graphs
Please move the company watermark name from the middle of the graph window to the top left or top middle. The price/stop/ value lines/candles will then not overwrite the watermark. This will make it much easier for the user to see which company they are looking at, especially if multiple selections / "Graph All" are selected.

Improve Auto Timer
Improve Auto Timer - It doesn't have nearly enough flexibility to be of much use to me. For example it does not have either/or scenarios such as sell on Sell OR sell on VST <1. One should be able to add as much criteria as they want here, just as in the Unisearch. Same on the buy side.

Table for Derby users.
It would be nice to have in the summary section of the Derby like a table with the corresponding %s at the different prices and volumes so you can pinpoint fast the levels of winners and losers instead of being changing prices and volumes each time to see how they are performing at a given moment.

Ability to save oversold/overbought lines in a template
Allow overbought/oversold lines be saved in a template so they will apply to all stocks displayed. As it is now I have to draw the lines on each stock displayed.

Seminars for everyone
Hi not everyone lives in Tampa or the US and we cannot attend Seminars. Then you give 2 day live Webminars, which is a step forwars but not everyone can sit in front of a computer for 2 days because we have normal jobs.

Backtester - Market Timing / Direction
When back testing an idea be able to say I only want to buy if the market is up on a particular day. This would be in a confirmed up condition. If it was a confirmed up condition and the market was down on a given day, I might want to refrain from buying on that day. Same for a down market - I might not want to short on an up day.

Simple or weighted MA stop criteria
It would be great if we could use a simple or weighted MA for stop criteria in our back tests. If it were set up just the way it is in the graphs you could select either simple or weighted, and then adjust the days to match the moving average you were wanting to test.

Add ability to save/restore backtest/unisearch parameters to file.
Have the option to save backtest/unisearch parameters to file, and also the ability to restore them from this file in the future, without retyping everything from scratch.
This will help to keep the number of current backtests to a minimum and not lose the parametrs/ideas in them.
This will improve the performance of Vectorvest by minimising the data that needs to be sent between the clint and the server.

allow entering market direction filters into strategies
You teach that is a bad idea to buy an individual stock when the markets are going down. I believe this is a good idea, but I do not see how to do this in any of the many available Unisearch searches. This lacking criteria will now allow a sold stock (due to sell criteria settings) to be replaced on a down market day. This can hurt total results if it followed by more down market days. This can be implemented if a VVC choice were settable in the Parameter field box. One could then set the price change as…
