VIX Market Timing Over-Ride
The Market Timing system is fine - but another feature (VIX) could be added to complement the existing system, For example, some of us would prefer to be out of the market if the VIX > 20; but are prepared to stay in (but add no new positions) if the VIX is < 20 but VIX > 16. That is we might think it ok to be in the market and adding new positiins if the VIX < 16. Adding the ability to complement the existing Market Timing system with programmable VIX thresholds might add value to Vectorvest users.

Closed Ended Investment Trusts and Funds - Add NAV or Premium / Discount to NAV
For Closed Ended Investment Trusts of Funds an important parameter to understand before making an investment is the Discount / Premium to Net Asset Value (NAV). Buying at too high a Premium to NAV is considered a Risk. At present Vectorvest attempts to give us a "RV" score for an Investmnet Trust / Fund looking out 3 years into the future - for a collective investment with an active manager who Vectorvest has no knowledge of their future decisions. This is misleading at best. At other times Vectorvest treats a Trust or Fund in the same way as an ETF…

Printing Backtest List
When printing the backtest list, provide the ability to scale the list so that all columns will fit on a letter sized page in landscape orientation. Currently the Max Drawdown column wraps onto a new page, which makes it almost useless.

Feedback Window Bug
When I want to post an improvement to VV7 I am prompted to sign in (again). When I click on that a new window opens in IE (version 11) even though my default browser is Firefox. That IE window allows me to see only about 1 1/2 of the improvement requests and it cannot be re-sized and it is not scrollable. I have attached a snippit. Please fix this bug.

For the trading system change the Market Timing settings.
Have the ability to set the length of time needed if there was a Market Timing Change. For example, yesterday and last week there have been 2 whipsaws of the Primary Wave. It would be nice to set the number of days consecutively needed to confirm the Market Timing change. If it had been 2 days there would have been no whipsaws - would have kept the portfolio long instead of selling and then immediately buying the next day..

Special Presentations (Friday)
This past Friday 6/28/19, Todd Shaeffer did a special presentation on Gold. ALL the special presentations are always great, but this one went a step above. At the end of the video presentation Todd had 2 slides, 1) all the Unisearches that focused on Gold and 2) a list of Strategies and Essays that focus on GOLD with their dates. I found this extremely helpful vs doing a word search for any particular topic (Midas Touch, ETFs, Midnight Cowboy, Marijuana Stocks, 5G, etc) and wading thru everything that even used the words somewhere in the daily color guard report, or…

Display the DEW marketsignal on Home tab in stead of MTI trend.
Please put in the Color Guard section under Trend column after the Primary Wave market signal not the MTI underlying trend indicator but the DEW market signal.
Summary: All the different market signals are defined under the Color Guard section under the Trend column first Primary Wave is Up or Dn, direct followed by DEW market signal Up or Dn and finally under the last column Call (Confirmed Call) were indicating Up or Dn.
The RT Kicker Combo is already indicated by the asterix in the Price column.2 votes -
Portfolio Totals
Could you please include "Day Change $ amount" and also include this amount on the bottom of the columns on the portfolio page. i.e. Day $ change - total portfolio, Total - portfolio $ cost basis, Total - portfolio $ Market value.

Allow An Adjustable Time Display Period For Pop-Up Alerts
I would like to see a feature in the Alerts Settings that allows you to adjust the alert display time from 5 seconds to 30 seconds. That way, if you have alert sounds set to "off" in the program, you have enough time to read the alert entirely while viewing VectorVest 7.

Compile the html help file
The help file is already in perfect shape for compiling.
It would be much nicer to browse help offline, while sitting on the beach, than to sit in a stuffy room, where wifi is available.2 votes -

Search for DPO and MACD at specific levels
Ability within Unisearch to find situations in which the DPO or MACD is at a specific level, such as DPO at -4 within the past 10 days or MACD at -2 within the past 7 days.
