  3. In the previous version of VectorVest you could highlight the stocks in your Portfolio(s) and right click to get a shortcut menu. On that shortcut menu you could select "Upcoming Dividend Dates" to get a listing of ex-dividend and dividend payout dates for the stocks in your portfolio.

In VectorVest 7 the "Upcoming Dividend Dates" option is not in the available selections on the shortcut menu - so you have to have and maintain a separate watchlist containing the stocks in your portfolio(s) to get this information because the option IS available in the watchlist shortcut menu but IS NOT…

  6. I run a weekly search but the portfolio only allows daily alerts. In the daily mode, the timing system may request a sell and buy a new stock while in the weekly mode it may hold on the the stock. Right now I cannot use and set up the portfolio and have to rely on running the backup test.
Many thanks for a wonderful system.

  7. I create this custom field: 10 Day MA (Range). This field appears to be functional in the Unisearch app but it will not populate in the Viewer List.

  8. In Split View, Bullish/Bearish plays are both visible; Once I've narrowed my columns, columns should remain narrow so that I can see all data without having to horizontally scroll. When I refresh the screen I should be able to see ALL the columns without having to scroll.

  9. Moving average is only limited to 200 days. I would like to see the user to be able to enter as many days as they would like for a moving average. An example would be that I like to use the 250 day SMA but the program does not support it. Also, PLEASE do away with the current arrows used now and allow the user to enter the MA.

  10. Would love to see volume and may be other parameters in Derby stock list. Why not make it configurable like other lists?

  11. Make Dividend Viewer more comprehensive and user friendly. Use 'Ex-Dividend Dates' vs. 'Dividend Executions'. Nasdaq has a great dividend format, See eg. http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/vz/dividend-history.

  12. Each time I right-click a stock on the viewers tab and select View Full Stock Analysis Report (for example), it opens in the same relatively small size and position. And every time that happens, I have to resize the window larger to better view the report. VV should remember the last size and position of these windows and reuse these saved settings when opening the next window of the same type. Just like it does currently for graphs. This should be done for all new windows (from viewer) like View Historical Data, and Upcoming Dividend Dates too.

  13. Enhance watchdog to screen the selected watch-lists etc. It currently scans selected stocks but it would be a plus to know which sectors as a group are breaking above resistance etc.

  15. There is room to the right of ROI for buy/sell/hold color. This would be very important as I cherry pick and will not buy a sell rated equity. Now I have to open stock analysis for each stock 1 at a time.

  17. Allow me to keep the colors that I establish on graphs permanent. Every new day I have to re-establish the colors on moving averages, etc. Why can't I make the colors that I want permanent?

  18. Just add the 3/8 EMA as we have been using this for entry/exit in the Derby Club from our positions but when using the market crossings this isn't always indicative of the actual portfolio. This also would mean we could watch a single window where the trades are actually made - RoboTrader

  20. The Jockey Club promotes day trading opportunities and it would be very helpful to identify stocks that have adequate ATR's. This Sort capability would let subscribers know if the average trading range warrants taking a position.
