Sector diversification graphs
VV currently displays Stocks and Industries diversification pie-charts in the Reports section of Portfolios. Could we also have the option of a sector diversification pie-chart?

It is crazy!Just look at Fridays close on the JSE:
Assore is priced at 30,208.00 cents . WHY?
This should be in Rands and Cents just like Dollars and Cents
So what the heck is 30,208? Who prices US stocks in cents?
It is easy to get confused because of the placing of the comma.
At first glance it looks like it should be R30.20? Or is it R302.08?
Please price Assore as follows:

QuickList Delete on Home page
QuickList Delete button permanently deletes your watchlist with one click. I accidentlly clicked "delete" when I meant to click "detach". Then, poof, if was gone. It took me months to get my watchlist just the way I like it. Now I have to do it all over again. Maybe require a double click such as a warning like, "are you sure you want to delete?" before actually deleting the QuickList on the home page.

When using Quick Test on stock dates over 5 days old give an option for either using beginning date's beginning prices or ending price
Currently on dates over 5 days old you are forced to use beginning day;s ending price
Since the end price today is hardly ever tomorrows beginning price it would be better to have the option of which beginning price to use

Least Squares Fit
It would be nice to be able to draw a LSF - Freehand - in Graphs.
By doing this one can for example - draw a LSF line from lo to hi and see straight away what the CAGR is e.g. by hovering the cursor over the LSF line, the CAGR is revealed in numerical data eg 23.76%1 vote -

Add the ability to change the date range on the Portfolio MiniGraph to year-to-date or 1 year, not just EOD or Intraday. My graph allows me to see about 5 years of performance (too much) or just 1 day (not enough). I suggest the graph time-span be customizable.

Allow spaces (ie: 5 spaces) to right edge of chart to project price vs current candlestick at right edge of chart
On the charts can we have space on the right side of chart vs having candle stick to hard right edge?

Custom Fields - include the "Time of Search" operator in the Field Builder.
One can specify "Time of Search" in UniSearch. If one could do this to modify a field when defining a Custom Field, then one could also calculate many useful fields, such as Delta, or Momentum. Be sure to allow the Moving Average function to apply to the time shifted parameter.

Enable Sector and Industry by EMA crossovers. This is highly relevant for sector and industry rotation in the markets.
EMA crossovers on sectors have been very useful in determining sector rotations especially in market tops and bottoms. This capability is available for stocks but not for sectors and industries. This would enhance the capabilities of VECTORVEST greatly.

ALLOWING HIGHLIGHTED STOCKS DIRECTLY INTO PERFORMANCE GRAPH
To find the biggest gainer over time from a search one uses the performance graph. It would be nice if highlighted stocks could be directly be entered into the performance graph, rather then tediously adding each stock to be graphed.

A one hour webinar on backtesting
I'd like a one hour webinar on how to use the backtester. They go over using the backtester in webinars for 5 minutes, but that's not enuf for me.

The "Genius" now must be switched off every time I switch to a different portfolio. Once a day was annoying; this is unacceptable.
Provide an option to semi permanently switch off the "Genius" function for those of us who do not want to use it.

Multi stop criteria in Backtester
Can we please add the ability to use more than 1 stop criteria in Backtester. For eg, you can select 3 separate stop loss criteria in Backtester and whichever is first triggered on a particular day is the stop loss criteria that would be actioned on a particular stock. Thanks
