Stop Criteria.
I would like to see an stop option for a close below a highest stop for long positions and above a lowest stop for short positions. This would have to be coupled with a rule that the buy/sell price does not violate the stop criteria

Backtest Settings
Can you take all the Back Test settings from all the strategy presentations and place them in one convenient place on the web site or the VectorVest platform? It would make it easier to find the Back

Right Click to adding stocks to watchlist from unisearch
When adding a stock to a watchlist from unisearch, I currently need to right click on the stock, left click on add to watchlist, select the watchlist from the popup box, and click ok. Since the ok button is actually below my task bar most of the time, I need to click on the top bar and drag the box up before being able to click ok. It would be much more efficient if my watchlists would pop out from the add to watchlist item so that I could quickly add the stock to a watchlist. At a minimum, the…

VectorVest has an overall problem delivering printed information. Here's one suggestion: Printing my Back Test Settings.
Since I am very new I am not talking about the VectorVes7t system, I am talking about the envelope around the system.
One of the biggest shortcoming is the inability for the end user to produce printouts. I am trying to learn the system and printouts of various subjects would really help me a lot.
I would be very happy to see an improvement in that area.1 vote -
performance graph
Add to VV7 the features in VV US that allow performance charts to be printed on a white background comparing performance over various periods and have them show percentages at the top of the page as in now the case. I use this format for showing clients on one page what their stock etf's have done vs bond index since beginning of quarter, year, etc.

Identify stocks by country on watchlists and searches
I want to eliminate stocks from certain countries in searches and to identify stocks by country in watchlists. A Chinese company might have a P/E of 7 where an American company with otherwise similar fundamentals might have a P/E of 18. There is no easy way I know of to tell in VV what country a stock is from. JASO, for example, is not identified as a Chinese company in the full stock write-up. American and Chinese stocks, for example, are apples and oranges. They should be easily separated in searches, along with other countries (Russian stocks).

Allow Portfolio's to be Created via a Table or Imported instead of One trade at a time
A portfolio is now created by entering one trade at a time. If a portfolio exists on another platform, how do we get that across and integrate it easily into VectorVest? How about using a table to input values, or allowing to import via CSV? Right now it takes too much time especially if the portfolio has 20-39 holdings.

Add logoff button
Most programs have a Logoff button that is not buried in the red X close program button. It needs to be intuitive.

Europe RealTime
Make realtime available for EU.
Great to have VV7 for EU now, and even better to have realtime, so one can react to changes in the trend indicators during the day instead of having to wait to the NeXT day

Flag a stock while scanning graphs.
Graphing and scanning stocks is essential. Need the ability to quickly and easily flag or add to a watch-list before moving on to the next stock graph.
VectorVest should add a checkbox that can be tic'd that adds the stock to a default watchlist.

Include PJX Resources Inc. In Canadian Database
A couple years ago when I subscribed to VectorVest, I asked that PJX Resources Inc. on the Canadian TSX-Venture be included (Ticker: PJX; Website: www.pjxresources.com). However, I did not complete a formal request, and instead had left a phone message for Angel. I am again asking with a formal request that PJX be added given it has promising precious and base metal prospects in a mining rich area of southern British Columbia, as well as been rated favourably by stock rating services. Thanks

Bigalow's Top 12 Candlestick Patterns
I recently purchased the ProTrader in order to use more technical signals for my trading. However, from the hundreds of available technical indicators, I am surprised that VV has very few indicators available. As well, Stephen Bigalow has been involved with VectorVest and has also identified his top 12 candlestick patterns that represent the majority of significant signals, with 6 bullish and 6 bearish, but even these are not all available. The top 12 signals include Doji, Bullish & Bearish Engulfing Signals, Hammer, Hanging Man, Piercing Pattern, Dark Cloud, Bullish Harami, Bearish Harami, Morning &N Evening Stars, Kicker Signals, Shooting…
